You could do chicken legs not included in the crockpot before, but why not? They come out juicy and tender and can be left in peace while cooking, which means no more sweating over a hot stove!

Some recipes tell you to cook the drumsticks in seasoned flour and then add a little 'liquid and others will say anything to the slow cooker, brown the chicken could be added, and then let it cook. The skin is crispy in a crockpotplease remove them before you start.

Mix the sauce with twelve skinless drumsticks and cook on low for eight hours. This is a very simple recipe and the results are excellent. You can connect to a buffet or serving as a hot starter.

This recipe is an authentic Asian flavor to the chicken and you can use this sauce for the pork instead of chicken if you prefer. These are good served warm or chilled from the slow cooker. How To Make It:

Sprinkle the flour over the chicken and then brown it in olive oil in a frying pan for a few minutes. Transfer the crockpot. Mix in everything else, except the cornstarch and water.

Cover the pot and cook slowly for about 7 hours on low. Mix together the cornstarch and water, and then stir the mixture into the crockpot. Cook topfor 20 minutes or until thick.
